What’s Our Pet Policy?

We work hard to give our residents perfect, peaceful, comfortable and well-maintained homes as well-kept common areas but have found that dogs, ferrets, lizards, and rodents of any sort are not good with our properties and our objective of giving incredible places and great communities for our residents. We can’t keep the properties in the kind of condition that we can be pleased with when dogs, lizards, rodents, or ferrets are present. We will likely progress toward becoming dog free communities at all of our communities by June 30, 2020. One dog for every family unit that is no bigger than 25 pounds when completely developed is allowed at Fishermans Cove, Havana Beach, Beach House, Fish Heads, Fish Tails, Blue Marlin and Neptunes Waters with a $500 non-refundable pet charge and $50 every month for per lease. Complaints from neighbours about ill-behaved dogs, more than 1-dog per family unit, excessive barking, dogs that attack other pets or individuals, dogs using the property as a litter box, and dogs harming the property should be removed quickly. We additionally allow cats and rabbits (one per apartment). A non-refundable pet deposit of $300 will be charged. A lease extra charge of $25 every month will likewise be added to the month to month rental rate. Fish are cheerfully accepted and there is no deposit for them.

Short term lodging & Short term corporate housing

We give Short term lodging to various government contractors and military staff that are assigned to our area for brief time frames. For these visitors, we give corporate apartments. These apartments are completely furnished and professionally enhanced. All utilities (including cable television and internet service) are included. The minimum rental time frame is 10-weeks.

Short term corporate housing: Corporate apartments are limited to studios, 1-room units and 2/room/1-shower units. Short term rentals are not accessible at our Tradewinds, Breezin, or Poseidon properties Pricing is depends on the following items:

 

1. All of our monthly rental rates quoted in the “Properties” link are quoted for a 1-year rent term. We include an extra charge for leases shorter than 10 months between May and September.

2. From October through April short term rentals rates are the same as rental rates quoted for year (12 months) rentals

3. Furniture for our short term rentals are given by Cort Rentals and our charges are:

  • 1-bedroom apartment $325 month
  • 2-bedroom apartment $425 month

4. We will give Cable/Internet Service at a charge of:

  • $150 per month

5. We will give Electricity at a month to month charge:

  • 1-bedroom apartment $150 per month
  • 2-bedroom apartment $175 per month

 

6. For JPME and JCWS we offer completely furnished 1 and 2 room apartments with all utilities, linen, and kitchen-product. 10-week rates $3,790 for 1-room apartments and $3,920 for 2-room apartments.

College Students apartments

One cat or a 25 pound fully grown dog with $300 non-refundable pet fee and $25 per month pet rent.
First Floor: 1,100 sqft with wood floors, dining room, large bathroom. Also included is a full size washer/dryer and dishwasher.
Second Floor: A large kitchen with custom appliances, full-size washer/dryer, built-in microwave oven, dishwasher and lots of counter and cabinet space.
At boardwalk realty, we offer College Students apartments for those students that do not meet our income and credit requirements.
Also offer discounts on rentals for college students and military Personnel on some units. The discount is available on some rentals with a 1-year’s lease.
