What’s Our Pet Policy?
We work hard to give our residents perfect, peaceful, comfortable and well-maintained homes as well-kept common areas but have found that dogs, ferrets, lizards, and rodents of any sort are not good with our properties and our objective of giving incredible places and great communities for our residents. We can’t keep the properties in the kind of condition that we can be pleased with when dogs, lizards, rodents, or ferrets are present. We will likely progress toward becoming dog free communities at all of our communities by June 30, 2020. One dog for every family unit that is no bigger than 25 pounds when completely developed is allowed at Fishermans Cove, Havana Beach, Beach House, Fish Heads, Fish Tails, Blue Marlin and Neptunes Waters with a $500 non-refundable pet charge and $50 every month for per lease. Complaints from neighbours about ill-behaved dogs, more than 1-dog per family unit, excessive barking, dogs that attack other pets or individuals, dogs using the property as a litter box, and dogs harming the property should be removed quickly. We additionally allow cats and rabbits (one per apartment). A non-refundable pet deposit of $300 will be charged. A lease extra charge of $25 every month will likewise be added to the month to month rental rate. Fish are cheerfully accepted and there is no deposit for them.
